Processing Times

Ready-to-Wear & In-Stock Items

All in-stock jewelry orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days after purchase.

Custom Jewelry Orders

Custom and personalized pieces are handmade to order and may take up to 3 weeks to create before shipping.

Please note that processing times may increase slightly during holidays, launches, or high-volume sales periods.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your sparkle every step of the way.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet all estimated shipping timelines, Spark Jewelry Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS or carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date so we can assist you.

If local pickup or event pickup is available, details will be provided at checkout or arranged directly with you.
