Custom & Permanent Jewelry

All permanent jewelry, custom jewelry, and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Customers are responsible for selecting accurate sizing, spelling, initials, dates, and customization details before placing an order.

Permanent jewelry chains are delicate and may break due to everyday wear, snagging, or improper care. We are not responsible for damage occurring after purchase.

Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

• In-stock items typically ship within 5–7 business days
• Custom orders may take up to 2 weeks for production before shipping

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Store Credit

Ready-to-wear jewelry may be returned within 10 business days of delivery for store credit only, provided the item is unworn and in original condition.
